Why should I hire Silverline Maids?

We have taken every precaution possible in order to provide you with the highest quality service possible. We only hire the most excellent cleaners and run background checks on all our maids. We are licensed and insured, so you need not worry about your personal possessions. We also guarantee the quality of our work.

How long have you been in business?

We’ve been providing professional cleaning services since 2000; serving Loudoun and Fairfax counties.

Are you a house cleaning franchise?

No way. While the franchise model is great for “business”, it is not great for customers. We believe that the key to our consistent quality and success is having full control over how we manage and run our business (the right way).

Do I have to be home for cleanings?

Absolutely not, most of our customers give us a copy of their keys or garage code so they don’t have to be home. However, if you’d rather be home for your cleanings more power to you.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?

Of course not, we provide all the professional-grade cleaning supplies & equipment. That includes microfiber clothes and HEPA vacuums. We only ask you to provide supplies if you request a different product than what we carry. Also we can provide “green cleaning” supplies if you are chemically sensitive, have pets or babies.

Can I have the same team for my cleanings?

Of course! Giving you the same team allows our maids to become familiar with the details of your home. We only ask that you be flexible with us when you need to reschedule or when one of our maids is on vacation or sick.

What is the background of your maids?

The majority of our maids have 5+ years of professional cleaning experience. They are employees of our company, not contractors. They are all thoroughly trained on our cleaning procedures, equipment, and supplies.

Do I have to tip your maids?

No, tips are not expected but very much appreciated for a job well done.

How can I improve my cleanings?

To receive the highest quality cleanings possible, we recommend that: 1) All personal items be removed from countertops, tables, desks, and floors prior to our maids arriving; 2) No one be on the same level as our maids while they’re cleaning for safety & efficiency purposes.

What if I have extra requests/projects?

We can certainly accommodate you. Provide us 24 hour notice of your requests and we’ll quote you a price for the additional time.

What if I’m not satisfied with my cleaning?

We pride ourselves in excellent work. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your cleaning, notify us within 24 hours, and we will come back and correct any issues at no additional charge.

How does payment work?

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept check, credit card, or e-check as payment

Can I customize my cleanings?

Absolutely. Feel free to call our office and customize your cleanings to meet your needs. For example, if you just want us to just deep clean your bathrooms and nothing more we can do that.
